Is it 5 miles the day after, or are the increments more staggered than that?

So this week is 3, 4 and 3 miles, then 7 miles on saturday, next week is 3, 5 and 3 miles, then 8 miles on Saturday. Then the long runs start going up in two mile increments until you hit 16, then it's 3 weeks of 16, then two weeks of 18, then you ramp it down the last two weeks before the marathon.

I can't imagine ever being that fit. Have you done a marathon before?

It was really tough, but I wasn't following a structured training plan, and I suffered a recurring injury during training.

Do you expect the marathon to be more painful than the half?

But I know a bit more about what to expect, and I'll be taking jelly beans with me and drinking more sugary drinks.
