I took the bookie for a few quid earlier this month and I've yet to spend it.

For gaming, Xbox by far. For Blu Ray/ multimedia, PS3 hands down.
But I have 360, so we could, in theory, play online together.

I might look at some prices if they aren't that expensive I might consider it, but as I don't 'game' at the moment, I'm wondering if I'd ever use it. And it would be a fairly expensive DVD player.

The Morrisons website only seems to list games.

I meant this bit:
Morrisons now selling Wii bundles for £85, 250GB Xbox 360s for £150, 160GB PlayStation 3s for £150 and 320GB PlayStation 3s for £200.

and have offloaded Bednar (who is an excellent Championship striker but couldn't make the step up) and sent out a couple of cracking youngsters on loan.

And is 320GB needed?
(, Tue 31 Jan 2012, 23:29, Reply)
And as the PS3 is a decent media hub you could easily fill 320 gb with music, films and porn.

But you think the XBox is better. I'll ask some of the geeks in work what they think too. I assumed that they'd be a lot more expensive than that.
What is the main difference between the xbox and the ps3?
(, Tue 31 Jan 2012, 23:35, Reply)
Xbox is much better for games (especially the controller) and PS3 is better for multimedia shizzle.
Xbox also has arguably the better system exclusive games and older multiplatform games ran better on Xbox.

I'm guessing the games are the best part of fifty quid, so if I can borrow things/trade rather than shelling out a fortune, that'll help.

Second hand are just as good and there are some right bargains out there. Just choose carefully.

I don't want nowt overly complicated.

If so, what's it all about. I know some people were raging about some sort of 'western' type thing a while ago, redemption or something.
