(1), not much, no.(2), pretty much, only unlike Iraq and the Stan, the Islamic world won't lie down for this one. China and Russia will come in, I think, it'll go fucking global. No, I don't think they are, but we'll pretend they are, same as Iraq. Anyway, if they want to, they have a perfect right to.
