I had lentils, kidney beans and spring onions for tea. It was mega and I'm now enjoying a green tea. I also went for a two hour walk this morning through Jesmond Dene, then I went to a petting zoo and stroked an alpaca. It's been a good day actually, despite my brief bad mood earlier.
