Spreads like wildfire,but antiseptic spray on EVERYTHING, like door handles kettles mugs keyboards phones etc will stop it spreading.

Yeah, but just cleaning everything is a good start.touch a surface with 500 viruses rather than 2 million and you've got a better chance of avoiding or stopping the infection
