and I'm working on Sunday. However, I plan to spend as much time as feasible in the next 48 hours drinking outside. I may even attempt to find my sunglasses.

Alt - nice try but as if it's going to stop 'problem drinkers' drinking. There'll just be more dead tramps in alleyways having drunk themselves to death on meths because they can no longer afford white lightening.

The problem with problem drinkers
is that it's other people that have a problem with them. They're usually quite happy being permanently shit-faced.

For an example, see Gonz's post a few days back complaining about the libertine he bumped into in a shop. Certainly, to the crowd, the man was a drunk that stank of piss and shit. To the drunk, everybody was being well mean to him when he was just trying to be friendly :(
