I'd invest in some reusable tops.When I made wine, I used them all the time.

I may do, or slowly collect flip top bottles.the reusable ones aren't usually strong enough to deal with fermentation in the bottle.

Yeah I suppose so.Wine is usually finished fermenting when it comes to bottling, unless it's a sparkling one.
