Be very careful then
You are the principal tenant and are therefore responsible for the actions of guests - long or short term.

If your incoming lodger isn't signed into the tenancy agreement you could cop for all sorts of stuff - although legally all that could be withheld is your bond.

I normally charge for this sort of stuff, you know....

I'VE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED (yes I have but that's another story).
30 of those gets some dodgy advice. 60 and you might get something legally binding if you're lucky enough to get a District Judge with DT's.
