Be very careful thenYou are the principal tenant and are therefore responsible for the actions of guests - long or short term.
If your incoming lodger isn't signed into the tenancy agreement you could cop for all sorts of stuff - although legally all that could be withheld is your bond.
I normally charge for this sort of stuff, you know....

Sortamostly stressing about how difficult it is to actually get a place in London. BUT I have a bunch of places to view tomorrow as I'm going down.
BUT I'm rethinking the area I want to live in now, all the places I'm looking at are expensive places in Aldgate but I've gone back to Finsbury Park armed with what I've learned and I think I could pay £200 less a month there for practically the same length of commute overground rather than underground. So enh.
