Probably have to agree with Monty and say Hendrix.The package tour he did with The Pink Floyd, Soft Machine, The Move, etc would have been an interesting gig, even if you only got about 25 mins of each band.
Also would have been good to be in New York in the 50s and been able to see any number of incredible jazz musicians most nights of the week.
