I thought his existing employers were very understanding about his medical condition, traipsing in gone mid-day elsewhere will not go down very well

That's the thing, I've been 100% honest with everyone about that, and a few have dropped their offers, but not many or the good ones.
As you're leaving out that I'll work weekends and all hours if there is a deadline.

They're amazing about my medical stuff, never known a company to be like that.
I'm basicly like a newly single women who's been abused, but then gained a load of confidance, with the help of a new fella... And He's just decided he's gay, but has introduced me to his very aledgiable friends.

Gone midday starts are few and far between s'all. If they've agreed to vary their contract hours in your specific instance then fair enough

Maybe, we'll see, apparently its rare to get someone who can do what I can do at the wage I can afford to do it.
