I think you can be stopped, but I'm not sure what the specific offence is.It is fun though. Your increased heart rate pumps the alcohol through your brain a lot quicker. You do need to sit down for ten minutes afterwards though.

You don't need a driving license for a bikeBut no, I've had some wobbly and scary moments riding my push-iron home pissed and I'd not recommend it.
