So. really thin meatI do a wafer-thin beef curry where you cook the sauce and flash the beef in a pan for seconds before covering with the sauce. DAmn I wish I'd cooked that tonight!!

Think a japanese schnitzel. A katsu curry you pour the source on yourself too, so that A the breadcrumbs don't go soggy and B you can have it how you like it.(
