I wouldn't live there, I don't drive and I like to nip to the shops. £50m starting figure will get you some nice property anywhere else in central london and a home in a 'burb to match.
I was at Old Street this week and I'd love the top floor of Biezer House, maybe, conveniance it would rock but its slight _too_ urburn. Saw some mint houses in Notting Hill Gate and Camden this week though. I think with them, one is special on the outside and in disarray on the inside, and the other is the oppersite.

I'm ten mins east of Old Street - it's a lot calmer but still v cool.
I cannot see myself leaving the area I'm in for some time.

I had a fucking nice Pad Thai from that pub just down the road.
When I talk on the phone, I can't sit still, so I was wondering around and ended up down some ally with what looked like a decent Thai take-away, proper nice and clean, but they didn't have any non-(spicy)-hot stuff so I continued walking until I ended up doing a circle and ending up in that grim looking pub with a thai resturant attached. If I'd known I would have buzzed you for a pint with me and LightInChains... I'll keep that in mind though.
