What sort of accent is it?

It's a weird combination of things it it not
Its definitely not Brummie, it's not Leicestershire and it's not really Warwickshire/Oxfordshire southern sounding.
Yet it can contain elements of each of these, while being none.
It does however sound dreadfully common.
