DependsSome of them sit in the Demijohn for 6 months then the bottle for another 6, others you can bottle after 2 months and drink after 3

Plus my homebrew stuff is more like a mead or sherry most of the timeDue to the strain of yeast I use couples with good nutrients and lots of sugar it comes out at about 19%

I've put a very tall rack in the shed, Doesn't take up too much space and holds 72 bottlesIt's the right temperature out there
