If it helps, West Midlands Police have just sent me a Final WarningSeems they didn't get my response to the ticket they sent me from the speed camera two days before I moved down here. And in turn the final warning took ages to arrive with Royal Mail's super efficient forwarding, so I may end up with a much bigger fine than I should have.
