Just rememberedI will be going to the Central Ticket Office in Birmingham to sign a statement that:-
I am not Mr Zeoma Orlukwu.
Mr Zeoma Orlukwu does not live at this adress and never has.
I have not registered a vehicle (Ford Focus Zetec reg no BL05FNR)at this address under the pseudonym Mr Zeoma Orlukwu.
I expect this could take some time.

Nope, I still seem to be the same guy depicted on my passport - a balding, bearded, overweight, middle-aged white bloke. I would suspect that Mr Orlukwu may not fit this description.
