I wonder how much the food they served has changed from then to now?

As I understand it
early anglo-indian food veered towards Indian-ified British dishes as opposed to 'authentic' stuff. Things like Coronation Chicken and Mulligatawny soup.

Yes, but I'm led to believe that even now the stuff we consider to be authentically 'Indian'
isn't what they eat in India, so... Mind you, we're probably a sight closer now than with Coronation chicken.
