to be fair superfly is part rightmany radiators these days have taps so you can cut off supply to them

If you don't have flow restricitve valves at either end of your radiatorthen it's been put in completely wrong.

there is something there, not sure what, could be taps, look like plastic stoppersbut all the other radiators are adjustable except that one
i'll shut up now as i don't know what i'm talking about
