Since we've had all that horrendous rain lately
it's caused the sewage overspill to flush out in the sea (that's normal practice, it's what it's meant to do)

Now everyone's on the beach, the news people are scaremongering. They showed a lot of people on the beach, and pictures of kids paddling in the brown sea water.
They didn't happen to mention that the sea is always that colour in Weston.
