Are you going to Freeze distil it? if so probably best to wait until the winter and do it outside.It'll probably be around that ratio, you have to get rid of a lot of water from it to get the percentage up.

THat's fine but you should be careful with freeze distillation, if it's not properly fermented and settledyou can have a whole bunch of horrible shit still in the cider being concentrated.
