It's the other person not being able to defend themselves. You can see that's an issue, surely.

Funnily enough, I don't care.

The only problem I can see is that you couldn't see if someone was say posting links to your real name, but that could be dealt with by better modding.

Better modding is the solution for the entire situation.
You're capable of dealing with it, fine. But there'll be a lot of pricks who can't and will use it to stop people from seeing potentially a lot of content.
