No. However I could afford to get a mortgage for something of the same value and would only need a 60% loan to value mortgage.

I'm happy with mine thanks, Holgate is extremely desirable, and there is a recently-restored windmill just a couple of streets away.
Plus, get this, RICK WITTER lives a few streets over.

Don't really know the York market
It's pretty much stitched up by a couple of other operators and it's too much diesel to be viable for me.

But it's holding value.

Thats because it smells, the sewerage sytem is crap (forgive the pun) and has no real direct links.
It's a nice place to visit, thats about it really.
