Fasting on alternate days does not work.Fasting on 5 days out of 7 does, but it is difficult to keep up.
Alt: A helicopter ride over London. That would blow £900 pretty quick.

It wasn't really the scientific reality I was interested in,more whether people would fine the trade-off attractive and whether they thought they could carry it out.
