I don't have the patience or space for that.But I am thinking about getting a secondary fermenter for the beer to make bottling easier and to get rid of some of the yeast gunk.

The canteen where I work gets these massive catering sized bucket of stuff like mayoI nick them and clean them out and do my large batches in those, Its all food grade so should be fine.
