the problem i find is everyone thinks they know how to run a pub, And that all pubs are effected in the same way by changes in social culture, pricing, legislation etc, when really each one is an individual business, managed properly can do very well. The 10 pubs I'm linked with are showing huge growth at the moment, as are many pub companies.
