When I first bought this the kitchen had partially fallen into the cellar, which I've rectified.

I run - or rather, I am an inventory/check out person/business.
Because I am not RICS qualified I am unable to provide qualified structural assessments although my considered opinion is often accepted by passers by and other interested parties.
