Other than being an irresponsible slum landlordI run - or rather, I am an inventory/check out person/business.
Because I am not RICS qualified I am unable to provide qualified structural assessments although my considered opinion is often accepted by passers by and other interested parties.

I'd never pretend to be structurally qualified But I know more than most letting agents so I can usually provide advice as part of the service.
Question requiring objective answer - silicone sealant in a wet room with no external ventilation. Your expected life before replacement?
