There'll be a few students wandering into their flats next month with a smile on their face, because that's how I bring them in.

I have very little trouble because I make myself accesible and that's the basis I've built the business on.

I bought these places as an investment.
Yes, I'd rather they were filled by serious students. I have a link to the Geophysical department and a few of my flats are block-booked by PHD students.
