It's Thor's day. Huzzah. I'm even more Vikinged-up than usual at the moment due to that superb new documentary series. I also have a friend's Master's thesis on Viking Greenland to read when I get a mo. Finding myself more and more fascinated by Northern European history these days. I think my Genghis Khan obsession is waning.

What are you obsessed by? For your sake I sincerely hope it's not my mum.

I am utterly obsessed with music.
I bore on about little else.
I need to collect as many records of as many different genres and styles as I can.
It depresses me that I can't own all the records that I want to.
At 36 I still haven't entirely given up the dream of being a full-time musician, rather than a bored office monkey.

Guitars
Specifically, acoustic guitars. I am fascinated by their design, construction, sound, decoration, materials - everything about them. I have the design and spec for my ultimate acoustic guitar already in my head. One day I'll get around to building it.
