For most people I would sympathise with poor helpline servicebut in your case, I'm willing to bet that your attitude was more than likely the cause of any problems you experienced.

I suspect the first words out of his mouth after they said "Hello, how can I help?" were along the lines of "LOOK THIS ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH NOW FIX IT OR I'LL RAPE YOUR DAUGHTERS AND LAUGH WHEN THEY KILL THEMSELVES IN SHAME AFTERWARDS!"
