sadly not
he was authorised by the prison to "work" for 15+ hours a day, including bank holidays and weekends, as that's the hours he claimed we do business
This was set up by joe as he used malc for garden maintenance etc, and malc was happy as it got him out.

unfortunately he wasn't always doing work for joe, he had a gym membership set up and all sorts

pretty much, he was always bending and breaking the rules
