Well first, I don't, I tend to try different beers out all the time.but second, the brewing yeast packets are labeled with the strains on, so you just make a note of the strain you used when you're making something, and then reuse it.

Fair enough.You know, I made some skittles vodka last year for xmas. It's still in the fridge now. I expect it tastes like paint stripper.
