I take a very dim view indeed of that.
I would send it back circled in red with 'see me' written on it.

My nipper (just started primary) is changing schools again in Jan. as our 1st choice school has expanded into a new site and now she has a place there. Hoping that's a good move. I think so as they are easily the best state school for miles.
