Very much thisthat is why more and more laws keep getting brought in, classic example using a mobile while driving. Driving without due care and attention already covered it, but too many arrogant twats with expensive lawyers weaseled out of it, so we got a new law.

I know it is a lawyers job to try and defend their client, but when there is such a raft of evidence, there must be a way to get the buggers in jail.
