What did they do to deserve that sort of horrible punishment?
This weekend was polar at the pub too, at one point on Saturday, we completely ran out of glasses and it was so rammed with people you couldn't move to go get more. I had to serve pints in 2 half glasses for a while. Then yesterday, we were lucky to scrape 1000 quid, sent everyone home and worked on my own.

Treating their grandkids like an inconvenience
Asking for petrol money to pick them up (about 3 miles in the car), obviously favouring one over another, unleashing a waaahmbulance about not getting a birthday card from my step-daughter in Leeds and generally being shite.
