I don't get it - I'm sure we voted not to have a PCC round hereBut then I got a polling card through the door at the weekend.
Also, I'm torn - Sir Ian Blair suggests people should boycott the vote in protest, now I don't want a PCC, but I think he is a cock, so I don't know which way to go.
