Wasn't ever in the market for that one Not really in a position to invest any more at the moment either, but it'd be a good buy if I was.

The plans looked awful, I did a lot of work with the Corus group when they was converting warehouses to properties, my opinion was small over priced and not really set out well,(

It's a very good development that holds it's valueThey're well built although there's a lot of mysterious electrical problems there at the moment.
