So my office is closing down in the next three weeksI have had a call from a former associate, asking me to open a new office on their behalf.
I would have complete control of where, what and goes off in my own office should I work from home or get a funky city centre based office?

If they'll pay you extra to work from home and not have the expense of an office, do that.If they won't, make sure the place you rent has room for a dart board.

The plans looked awful, I did a lot of work with the Corus group when they was converting warehouses to properties, my opinion was small over priced and not really set out well,(
