I would have abused you heavily for that.Also, I don't know if you saw Rich Hall's superb programme on American Indians in 'film', but it would appear that they really couldn't give much of a shit what you call them. cf people calling Eskimos 'Inuits' when Inuits are a specific tribe and thus calling them all by that name is likely to be way more offensive, like calling Canadians 'Americans'.

Amazingly, he's not wrong about this.I know Monty being sensitive to race issues is a shock to us all and the world feels like it's spun off it's axis momentarily, but there you go.
