I've seen yet another flat, well a show flat as it's a new build. Better area by far than yesterday's effort, bit pricier, slightly worse inside. Bloody tyranny of choice is making my life a misery.

I've never been quite sure whether Hartley Hare is a puppet or not but he knows a fair bit about construction. Might be worth collaring him if you're concerned about build quality. He helped me out with a technical question a little while ago.
