A tricky situationwhere some degree of fault would lie with both parties. I'd suggest, for simplicity, we continue to assume it's localboys fault, though.

What if you were overtaking someone and were driving at about 80-85mphbut again, someone comes up behind you driving at about 90-100 and then tailgates you until you finish overtaking?
