trip advisor is a funny place. There is the fact that someone upset is 10 times more likely to write a review, than someone who has had a good time (not real stats, just you know, one of them things), but with trip advisor, a lot of the time it is a lot of people fawning over a lave they love to make sure it has a good score, and those being horrible for the sake of it.
I've pretty much given up on internet stuff, the customers we have seem to not be interested at all in things like twitter, or trip advisor or facebook. I keep running competitions, and keep the twitter account running, and everything, but just no resonse from anyone. I might be doing it wrong i suppose.

i keep thinking i've found them, and then they turn out to be wankers. The current fella, who was looking good for it a couple of weeks back, managed to turn up 2 hours late for his shift last saturday, then again on monday, then started bad mouthing the staff on facebook. dick head. i mean, some of them are morons, he's right, but you can't say it where they can see it.
