there's a flat fee if I pick a commission-paying bank
otherwise it's a percentage of the purchase price. And to be honest they appear to have access to some pretty funky deals so I'm reasonably comfortably. Like 2.7% for 2 years about half a percent lower than I could find.

that's fair enough.
Mortgages are pretty straightforward. If you do investing or that then let me know. Big changes to advice next year.

I would have 7 or 8 months ago when I had my house sale money
and no intention of buying property in London. THEN I had LOTS of savings. Now I'm going to have not much.

Actually I never wrote that, you can't prove anything about me using corporate information for personal gain.

I work for a leading wealth management firm.
IN COMPLIANCE, NOT ADMIN!

You wear a shirt and tie
And push buttons all day.

You have no authority to make decisions.

Admin.

I make decisions which directly affect what our advisers can do and what they can sell.
And I have overall responsibility for my area of compliance.

By your definition, most office jobs are admin, seeing as they are administrative in some way.

Yes, but here's a more immediate problem
I'm getting a real pain in the joints of my left big toe.
(, Tue 20 Nov 2012, 21:49, Reply)
That's only a problem for you.
It's great news for everyone else.
(, Tue 20 Nov 2012, 21:50, Reply)
Why?

(, Tue 20 Nov 2012, 21:54, Reply)
