I'd like to think I'm calmin fact I am probably too laid back. However in a more long term stressful situation I do let things build up, go crazy for a bit then chill out again. Also, if things get serious, I set silly. That's why there's a prize this week at work of a muffin for whomever gets an inspector in their lesson first
