It means that most helicopter pilots think that IFR and VFR mean I Follow Roads, and Visually Follow Roads.
Except London has FUCKLOADS of roads which makes it too confusing for them, so Cockney helicopter pilots change it from Roads to River.
They just don't go South of it at night.
