I have the last song I heard, in the loosest sense of the word. "Don't Look Back In Anger" by Oasis, or FUCKING Oasis as they should be known. It was playing in the lobby of the hotel this morning. Like a stereotypical GPS - "You are in Manchester, home of really fucking terrible music". This place gave us Oasis, Simply Red and Take That, off the top of my head. If we'd nuked it back to the stone age after Ian Curtis topped himself we could have averted so much pain and suffering.

Joy Division and some of New Order's stuff makes up for some of Simply Red but the Mancs should still be paying reparations until the end of time
