Were you a heavy smoker before?

(, Mon 11 Feb 2013, 21:14, 1 reply, 12 years ago)
not really
Ten a day, but I'd been smoking since I was about 12 or 13, and smoked weed regularly from about 13 to 28 or so. It gives me the fear these days, I only smoke it when I'm coming down.

And I just stopped dead. No patches, no gum. Once you're past two weeks it's not so bad. I still get cravings now and again, and I still like the smell of fresh smoke. Stale smoke is well ming though.

It's no big deal though, everybody stops smoking eventually.

We'd always thought he was two years older
Turned out he'd run away from home and lied about his age to join the army - we only discovered that after he'd died.
