And the bit that pisses me off about it is, for people like me who are heat-mongs, it makes us too scared to try medium (or higher) because everyone else is ordering the hotest thing and you think you'll only be alright if you order a korma.I've only recently discovered that there is more to indian curries than "Almonds, Coconut and Stuff".
